Reservation Policy

All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required Down Payment. Full Moon Tour & Travel reserves the right to release or cancel any booking if the Down Payment is not completed within the agreed time. By proceeding with the Down Payment, guests acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.

Payment & Billing Arrangement

Rates are valid for the year issued and may be subject to change due to fuel costs, additional routes or activities, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• A 50% Down Payment is required to secure the booking
• Full payment must be completed at least 14 days prior to departure
• Children aged 5 years and above are charged the full rate

Kindly note:
All bank charges must be borne by the sender. We must receive the full invoiced amount. Full Moon Tour & Travel is not responsible for any additional bank transfer fees incurred.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the participant, the following terms apply:

• After booking confirmation: Down Payment is non-refundable
• 30–15 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged

These cancellation terms also apply to changes in departure dates or tour packages.

In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, riots, terrorism, extreme weather, or failure to obtain sailing clearance from the Port Authority / Syahbandar), or due to vessel-related issues, guests will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A floating deposit to reschedule the trip at a later date
