Car Rental with Driver

• Cancel anytime → 100% refund

Day Trips (1-Day Tours)

• Cancel 24+ hours before departure → 100% refund
• Cancel 12–24 hours before departure → 60% refund
• Cancel within 12 hours → No refund

Multi-Day Overland Tours (2–4 Days)

• Cancel 24+ hours before departure → 100% refund
• Cancel 12–24 hours before departure → 60% refund
• Cancel within 12 hours → No refund

Oversea Tours

• Cancel 36+ hours before departure → 100% refund
• Cancel 24–36 hours before departure → 60% refund
• Cancel within 24 hours → No refund

Important Refund & Cancellation Conditions

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• If you are late or miss your trip, no refund will be provided.
• If the driver is late and no prior notice is given, you will receive compensation.
• If the driver is delayed by 15–30 minutes with prior notice, no refund applies.
• If the driver does not show up without notification, you will receive a 100% refund.

Force Majeure & Unexpected Events

• If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) after 12 hours, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If a trip is interrupted due to theft, drugs, alcohol, or violence, no refund will be issued.
• If disruptive behavior affects other travelers, they can report it via WhatsApp, and we will arrange appropriate compensation.
• Any damage to company vehicles, boats, or property caused by a traveler will be charged to the responsible party and reported to local authorities.

Accidents, Emergencies & Weather Conditions

• If your trip is canceled due to an accident or emergency, you will receive a 100% refund or alternative compensation.
• If a trip is canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a 75% refund or an alternative tour option.
