Storage Rates (Per Day)

• Size S (Backpack / Small Bag): IDR 25,000
• Size M (Cabin Size): IDR 50,000
• Size L (Large Suitcase): IDR 75,000
• Size XL (Extra Large Luggage): IDR 100,000
• Items other than standard luggage (e.g., boxes, equipment) will be accepted and charged based on size and space utilization.

 Acceptance of Items

• All items must be presented in proper condition and securely packed.
• The company reserves the right to inspect and refuse any item deemed unsafe, prohibited, or inappropriate.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances
  • Flammable or perishable goods

Check-in Procedure

• Customers are required to complete a storage declaration form upon arrival.
• The form must include accurate and complete details of all items deposited.
• Items will only be accepted after the form has been properly completed and verified.
• A copy or reference of the form will be retained for verification upon collection.

Payment Policy

• Full payment must be settled at the time of drop-off.
• Payment is calculated based on the declared storage duration.
• No items will be accepted without prior payment confirmation.

Storage Duration & Extension

• Storage is charged on a daily basis.
• Any collection beyond the agreed storage period will be subject to:
  • Additional charges at the standard daily rate
• Extensions are subject to availability of storage space.

Safety & Liability

• All items are stored under 24-hour supervision.

Collection of Items
