Each day has been thoughtfully arranged to allow couples to experience Flores more deeply while enjoying the journey together.
Labuan Bajo is a coastal town located on the western edge of Flores Island and serves as the principal gateway to Komodo National Park. Surrounded by rolling hills, small islands, and the waters of the Flores Sea, Labuan Bajo has developed into one of Indonesia’s leading destinations for marine tourism and island exploration. Beyond its harbour, the surrounding region also offers caves, traditional villages, waterfalls, cultural experiences, and scenic coastal landscapes.
Padar Island is one of the most recognisable landscapes within Komodo National Park. Characterised by dramatic hills and curved bays, the island is best known for its panoramic viewpoint overlooking several beaches and the surrounding sea. Visitors reach the viewpoint through a hillside trek, with several observation points available along the route. The combination of rugged terrain, open savannah, and contrasting coastlines makes Padar one of the most distinctive natural destinations in the Komodo region.
Rinca Island is one of the principal natural habitats of the Komodo dragon. The island is characterised by dry tropical savannah, hills, mangrove areas, and seasonal water sources. Visitors explore designated trails accompanied by trained local rangers while learning about Komodo dragons and the wider ecosystem in which they live. Wildlife in the area may also include deer, wild boar, water buffalo, monkeys, and various bird species.
Komodo Island
Komodo Island is internationally known as one of the natural habitats of the Komodo dragon. The landscape consists of savannah, forest, hills, and coastal areas that support a diverse terrestrial ecosystem. Visitors are accompanied by authorised rangers while exploring designated trekking routes and learning about the behaviour, habitat, and conservation of the Komodo dragon. The island represents one of the most significant wildlife experiences within Komodo National Park.
Pink Beach is known for its naturally pink-toned shoreline and clear tropical waters. The distinctive colour of the sand is formed through a natural combination of white sand and tiny fragments of red coral material. The surrounding waters provide excellent conditions for swimming and snorkeling, while the beach itself offers a peaceful setting for relaxation between island excursions.
Kalong Island
Kalong Island is a small mangrove-covered island within the Komodo region and is particularly known for its large population of flying foxes. During the late afternoon, thousands of flying foxes leave the mangrove forest and fly across the evening sky in search of food. The experience is generally enjoyed from the boat and provides a peaceful conclusion to a day of island exploration.
Wae Rebo Village
Wae Rebo is a traditional Manggarai village situated in the mountainous interior of Flores. Located approximately 1,200 metres above sea level, the village is surrounded by forested mountains and is known for its distinctive cone-shaped traditional houses called Mbaru Niang. Visitors reach Wae Rebo through a mountain trek and are traditionally welcomed before entering the village. Staying overnight provides an opportunity to experience local hospitality, traditional architecture, community life, and the quiet atmosphere of the Flores highlands.
Bena is a traditional Ngada village located in the Bajawa region beneath Mount Inerie. The settlement is characterised by traditional houses, megalithic stones, ancestral shrines, and family compounds arranged according to long-established cultural traditions. Bena remains an active community where traditional architecture, ancestral beliefs, weaving, and local customs continue to play an important role in everyday life.
Malanage Hot Spring is a natural thermal water site located in the volcanic highlands near Bajawa. The area is particularly distinctive because naturally heated volcanic water meets a cooler mountain stream, creating different bathing areas with varying temperatures. Surrounded by tropical vegetation and volcanic scenery, Malanage offers a relaxing natural experience after exploring the cultural sites of the Ngada region.
Melo Village is located in the highlands near Labuan Bajo and is known for its Manggarai cultural traditions and panoramic landscape. One of its most distinctive cultural expressions is Caci, a traditional performance involving two participants using a whip and shield. The performance is accompanied by traditional music, singing, and ceremonial dress. Caci represents courage, discipline, honour, and community identity within Manggarai culture.
Cunca Plias is a natural waterfall located within the rural landscape of western Flores. Surrounded by tropical vegetation and quieter countryside, the waterfall provides a contrasting experience to the coastal and island destinations around Labuan Bajo. The area is suitable for visitors who would like to experience a less crowded side of Flores while enjoying the natural surroundings.
Traditional Weaving Experience
Traditional weaving is an important part of the cultural heritage of Flores. Different communities across the island produce textiles using distinctive patterns, colours, and techniques that may reflect family identity, local history, ceremonial traditions, or symbolic meaning. A weaving experience allows visitors to observe the process directly, meet local artisans, and understand the time and craftsmanship required to create traditional handmade textiles.
Batu Cermin Cave
Batu Cermin, meaning Mirror Stone, is a limestone cave located near central Labuan Bajo. The cave contains narrow passages, stalactites, stalagmites, and various geological formations.
Its name refers to the reflective effect created when sunlight enters sections of the cave and interacts with the limestone surfaces. The site provides an interesting introduction to the geological history of the Labuan Bajo area.
Rangko Cave
Rangko Cave is a limestone cavern located near the northern coast of Labuan Bajo. Inside the cave lies a natural saltwater pool surrounded by limestone formations. When sunlight enters the cave at certain times of day, the water can appear in striking shades of blue. Visitors can swim in the natural pool and enjoy the quiet atmosphere within the cavern.
Tanjung Bunga
Tanjung Bunga is a coastal area offering open views across the waters and surrounding landscape of western Flores. Compared with the more active tourism areas around central Labuan Bajo, the destination provides a quieter environment where visitors can enjoy the coastal scenery at a more relaxed pace. Its open landscape makes it particularly suitable as a peaceful final stop during a day of exploration.
Plataran Komodo
Plataran Komodo is located along the coastline of Labuan Bajo, surrounded by tropical scenery and views across the Flores Sea. Its beachfront setting provides an elegant environment for wellness, dining, and private experiences.
For this package, the location is selected for the couple’s spa experience and romantic dinner, providing a relaxed and refined conclusion to the seven-day journey
